General
Yes, our minimum order requires 6 meals. To receive an order, you must order at least a 6 meal minimum for each order.

Issues & Cancellations
Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact us before Thursday at 11:59pm for a full refund. Any cancellation made after this time will not be refunded. No exceptions

Pick-Up & Delivery
Select delivery at checkout. Unless noted, and pending any unforeseen circumstances (ex. traffic, inclement weather), deliveries are made every Sunday between 10:00am and 2:00pm.
A courtesy text or email will be sent providing an ETA of delivery. We do not accommodate specific time requests.
Please keep in mind that if you are unavailable during our delivery window, or if you are unresponsive when our delivery driver contacts you, your meals will be left at your doorstep. Once your food has left the possession of our delivery driver, Prep Done Bright will not be held liable for anything that happens thereafter.
Our delivery fee starts at $7 and is dependent on the distance from our location located in Laurel, MD.
We offer contactless pick up within the DMV area at the selected pick up location.
Placing Orders
While we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our clients, we cannot guarantee that your food will be allergen-free and do not recommend our meal service to anybody who has moderate to severe food allergies.
Prepped & Plated food is prepared in a facility that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, seafood including shellfish, whey, wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, and other common food allergens.
If you have a food allergy, please let us know at the time of your order.
For any dislikes or food aversions, you can include them in the notes section, conveniently located upon online checkout. We will do our best to remove the items from your meals and use a replacement item, if necessary. Please note, some ingredients are easier to replace than others. While we will try to accommodate your request, it is not guaranteed. Please be mindful of this before placing your order.

We ask that all orders are placed by Thursday before 6:00pm to be delivered the Sunday that immediately follows.
Orders will not be accepted after cut off time.
Product Care
For the best quality, we recommend refrigerated meals be microwaved for 2 to 3 minutes, mixing halfway through.
For frozen meals, we recommend 3 to 5 minutes, mixing halfway through.
Our meals are best eaten within 7 days of the date prepared.
If you choose to freeze your meals after receiving them, your meals will be best if eaten anywhere between 7 to 14 days. Freezing may alter the texture and consistency of meal items.
